Sunday school for all ages is at 10:00am.  A time for children is part of the worship service each week during which a children’s message is shared. After the children’s message children’s church meets in the education building.  RA’s and GA’s meet on Wednesday nights at 7:00pm.  Special activities are provided throughout the year including summer camps.   This year ten children went to Camp Piankatank and eight went to Camp Cross Roads.

 

Crib and toddler nurseries are provided for ages birth through four years.

Junior and Senior youth Sunday school classes and Wednesday night meetings are held weekly.  The youth leads the worship service every 5th Sunday.  Youth are encouraged to further their Christian education by attending Impact Virginia, Youth Evangelism Conference, Eagle Eyrie youth weekends and youth week in Lynchburg and similar sites.  In 2008, 20 adults and youth — our Impact Team— spent a week in Port Sulphur, Louisiana to work on homes damaged by Hurricane Katrina.  Financial help is available for these activities.  The church annually recognizes and presents a gift to each of the high school and college graduates.
